Questions people actually ask

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Start your 31-day free trial with no credit card — sign up, verify your email, and you're in. Add a payment method from Settings → Billing any time before your trial ends to keep going. If the trial ends without a card on file, your account becomes read-only for a short grace period (so nothing is lost while you decide) before it's removed.
Why no per-user pricing?
Because per-seat billing is an outdated SaaS gimmick — it was invented when software was thin and seats were the only thing vendors could meter, and it stuck around because it prints money. Every FullStack plan includes unlimited users. Add your whole crew, your office staff, your subs and adjusters — it never changes your bill. You pay for the capabilities you turn on, never for headcount.
Is it really unlimited users?
Yes — every plan includes unlimited users, governed by a fair-use policy (50 users included, more any time on request and we approve it). Add your whole crew, office staff, subs, and adjusters at no extra cost. Admins can also lock individual users to restricted roles (sales-only, office-only, etc.). What changes between plans is the capabilities you unlock and the number of orgs / locations you run — never the headcount.
How does storage work?
Every plan includes unlimited storage under a fair-use policy (1 TB included, more any time on request). Photos, documents, invoices, project files, and attachments all live here — photos are the biggest driver at roughly 1 MB each after compression, so 1 TB is about a million photos. The dashboard shows live usage so you always know where you stand.
What does "fair use" actually mean?
It's there to stop abuse (reselling storage, dumping unrelated backups, and the like), not to nickel-and-dime real businesses. Normal use — even heavy jobsite-photo and document volume — is covered. If you genuinely need more than the included 50 users or 1 TB, just ask and we approve it, free, on every plan. Video has a per-clip length limit so a single upload can't balloon your footprint.
How is AI usage billed? Will I get a surprise bill?
Agent 6 AI is included on every plan and metered separately from your subscription, so heavy users pay for what they use and light users don't subsidize them. Each plan includes a monthly AI credit (Crew $25, Pro $50, Advanced $100); usage beyond your credit is billed as you go at a clear per-use rate. Set a hard monthly cap in billing if you want zero surprises — the AI pauses cleanly until next cycle or until you raise the cap.
Can I switch tiers mid-month, or cancel?
Switch up or down anytime from the billing portal. Upgrades pro-rate, downgrades credit the difference toward your next invoice. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the current billing period, and your data stays exportable for 90 days after.
